For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

<a href="http://www.gtdagenda.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.Gtdagenda.com</a>

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use

checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.

Great article - have added a link in our prof dev moodle.
I set up a twitter account about 3 years ago and never really saw the use of it until I read a post of James Clay's elearningstuff blog

Hi Laura

This is a start. Not easy though. We are reviewing our ICT across the curriculum strategy at the moment as well. It gets very difficult when you get to the detail. Training in particular takes a long time to do, never mind plan.

I will be interested to see how your team devises methods and goals for training. Pupils will follow the lead but how do you get teachers to make that lead? VLE? Web2.0 tools? I've been having some interesting discussions recently with Futurelab and others about how to get teachers to identify what they would like to improve in their school and addressing these issues using ICT. The aim being to capture internal motivation of teachers. Not easy and different for everyone - the real nub of personalised learning is how to personalise oit for teachers as well as pupils.

Great post.

I agree with you entirely.

The triumph of the bureaucrats will leave the students in the classrooms all the poorer.

Another example of centralised policy wonks taking no account of needs on the ground. Quel dommage!
